FEIMEC, the sector's official exhibition and the most important event for the machinery and equipment industry in Latin America, recognizes the importance of sustainability in its initiatives. For us, sustainability represents a commitment to both the present and the future, highlighting our responsibility to promote an environmentally responsible, socially equitable and economically viable world.
In the machinery and equipment industry, where movement and transportation are key, we face significant sustainability challenges, including the carbon emissions associated with logistics operations. The scenario also includes energy efficiency, more sustainable raw materials and the integration of professionals and technologies in the sector. However, we view these challenges as opportunities to innovate, seek efficient solutions, and promote more sustainable practices.
FEIMEC aims to be a platform to discuss and address these challenges and inspire participants to adopt sustainable practices. To increase the number of youth and adults with job-relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, FEIMEC provides opportunities for improvement and training through lectures, demonstrations, and networking with experts.

As part of the goal of developing infrastructure and modernizing technology to provide modern and sustainable energy services in the country, and the strong relationship between energy and industry, FEIMEC will have content on energy efficiency and a dedicated attraction to the theme: the Energy Lounge.
To promote productivity, technological upgrading and innovation, FEIMEC brings together domestic and foreign exhibitors to showcase the latest machinery, equipment, tools, software and raw materials. In addition, two attractions focus on solutions for the industry:
Arena of Intralogistics and Cargo Handling: Curated by the Logistics Panel, which emphasizes that logistics is a strategic sector for national competitiveness and development, the Arena will feature a series of presentations on trends in the logistics sector, supply chain management, operational excellence and possible solutions for the future of logistics in Brazil. The 1,000-square-meter arena also features an equipment showroom and demonstrations of a working distribution center (Logistics CD).
Ilha Soldagem & Corte: presents technical and practical concepts of the welding and cutting industry, with practical and theoretical experiences of new technologies and industrial solutions. It also brings together companies that supply machines, robots, parts and technologies.

Reduction of printed materials, which are FSC certified;
Interactive map made available on the Xperience Industry Platform, replacing the printed pocket map;
Use of LED lamp in the Informa Pavilion and rooms, and optimization of air conditioning use to reduce energy consumption;
Selective collection and environmentally correct disposal of all waste generated at the event;
Service Areas (Exhibitor Service, Accreditation and VIP Club) assembled with modular and reused structures;
Use of carpet made of recycled pet, with 80% reused from previous events. Post-event waste is sent for recycling and transformed into new products;
Vegan and vegetarian food options at the event's restaurants and snack bars;
At the end of the event, a place is provided to consciously dispose of the credentials that will be reused in future events.
