FAQ - FEIMEC 2024

It will be held from May 07th - 11th, 2024; Tuesday to Friday, 10am - 7pm and Saturday, 9am - 5pm.

It's already open and you can access our accreditation by going to the tab in the top menu.

Entrance is free-of-charge; however, it is just for active professionals in the sector. 

If you concluded your registration and viewed the confirmation screen, relax. The confirmation message is automatically sent to the e-mail input during the registration process.  In case this does not occur, your data will still be saved in our database. 

After the conclusion of your online registration process, the option for printing your badge will be enabled.

After completing your registration, you can print the badgeat home or at the exhibition hall entrance with the electronic self-service totems. It is necessary to present an ID document (ex. passport) and your business card at the entrance to the exhibition hall.

People with less than 16 years of age are not permitted entrance to the exhibition.
Yes, you mustn’t use slippers, regatta t-shirts nor shorts.
→ FREE TRANSFERDuring FEIMEC, circular vans will be available to and from the São Paulo Expo. The vans start 30 minutes before the event (09:30) and end 30 minutes after the event (19:30) and the teams will be identified with green vests. The meeting points are- Santos-Imigrantes subway (Line 2 - Green).- Congonhas Airport, The meeting point is at the Arrivals Hall. The van journey takes an average of 40 minutes.- Shopping Plaza Sul, Praça Leonor Kaupa, 100 - the meeting point is at the mall's main entrance (the mall's opening hours are from 10am to 10pm).
